My boyfriend and I were driving to a work thing in Arkansas and we were craving Brisket so we decided to Stop here and I’m so glad we did. The Brisket was sooooooo Good and the Hot sauce had the right amount of kick to it. If your in the area this is a Must stop for Brisket.

The staff is always very nice and efficient, and the baked beans are the best beans I’ve ever had. However, the last handful of times I have eaten here, the pulled pork sandwiches have been very overcooked and very dry with small hard chunks of burnt meat I have to keep spitting out. Used to not be like this. I guess i’ve just gotten bad luck with it lately? Makes me not want to come back as often as I would like.

Great slaw that's the only thing I get from Tops Bar B Q I don't eat ribs but the slaw is off the chain

Authentic and unpretentious. Love this place! The food is off the hook and fall-off-the-bone. Yum!

Tops just isn't what it used to be spent $19.?? For 2 meals/ combos sandwich was all fat and gristle double fries were hardly Ella Hart a whole large fryand it took at least 30 45 minutes to go through theweight was bad enough but then the server at the window didn't seem to care whether or not we were happy with our order and that was before we even realize that we had bad food very disappointing

Good bbq and nice and polite drive thru she was wonderful. I recommend this restaurant.

Pitiful. 30min drive thru with 4 cars at 8 at night. Fries were ice cold. Staff was pretty unorganized

It takes to long in the drive though but it is some good Bar-B-Q, and even better burgers

Love this place and their food! Great service on a busy Friday night and dne with a smile and a great attitude. Tops is our local fav for BBQ.

The business is humble open with a talk as you wait for your food comfortably LOVE it here and my shoulder sandwich was hot and full of meat thanks TOPS SALUTE

Didn’t get my potato salad 💔had my mouth all tuned up for with my pork sandwich and beans. First time here and worst experience ever! I called and they never answered. My husband ordered a side of fries with his order and we ended up getting two of them which I didn’t eat or want. I felt like the girl Alyson messed up my order purposely sad af

The barbecue is really good, hamburgers don't get much better. Fries always hot and delicious. Staff ..very nice.

I had lunch here today. This restaurant is built in a building like the older original Top's restaurants. It is a cozy place to stop in and eat. The BBQ sandwiches, cheeseburgers, and sides are delicious. Try fully loaded BBQ nachos sometime too as they are my favorite. Everyone who works here is very friendly and helpful.

Although it takes a few extra minutes to prepare the turkey cheeseburger..it is so worth the wait...perfectly prepared..expertly seasoned..

Great burgers! I'm new to Memphis. Only lived here about a year now. I was always told to get a Tops BBQ burger. I was dubious about getting a burger at a BBQ place, but sure enough it's one of the best burgers I've had. I suggest everyone at least try it once. Also, they serve crinkle cut fries, which is dope.

Haven't visited in awhile but never disappointed with pork sandwich and seet potato fries.

Cutting corner during pandemic. Former owner would be highly disappointed. I ordered a brisket sandwich. It was chopped, more sauce than anything.

They have hairs and their food and would not give a refund after showing them that they have hairs and their food.. I have went there multiple times to eat but I will not and I refuse to go back there again...

Customer service could not be better. I've been to a few local Tops restaurants and they all have great employees but the Summer Ave location has the best. Even the people in the back yells out Hi to you. If you have to wait longer then THEY think you should wait they throw in an order of fries. Oh yeah then there's the food, outstanding quality in their pork, beef brisket and you got try their burgers.

My order ($26.) was TOTALLY WRONG, sent it back. Didn't check the second time, got home and ALL 3 sandwiches were wrong. Must have gotten WRONG ORDER...The beans recipe has been changed over the years....NASTIEST FLAVOR.

Friendly attentive staff. Was welcomed as soon as I walked through the door. Food is on point. Fresh fries. This is one of my favorite locations. Nice clean place to sit down and eat. Always a pleasant experience here.

Wanted to check it out since new ownership. Higher prices, less meat on sandwich, staff behind counter yell more, overall a different vibe. Will go back, just not as often as before. Husband liked his brisket sandwich.

This location is wonderful I have eaten at several locations and either my order isn't right , the food is dry and nasty and full of fat ,or the service sucks but NOT HERE ALL MEAT NO FAT customer service is very good , the food is fresh, and it's clean I have been to this location 5 times and every time it has been good

Cant handle large crowds or orders. Kept getting mine orders wrong

Jorden did a fantastic job of handling a very busy drive-thru on a Friday night. We had multiple orders, and there were tons of customers, but Jorden was on her A Game.Everything was correct, and she was super fast, friendly and had a great attitude!!The line of cars moved incredibly fast, all of our orders were correct, and the food was great!!Keep up the good work!!

Thirty-five minutes at the drive-thru with only 4 cars in front of me...that was problem number one! Leaving out two pints of slaw and having to go inside to get them...problem number two! My getting home and realizing the "slaw" is potato salad....problem number three! My wife putting the regular sauce on her sandwich and then realizing it's the hot sauce...problem number four! Come on guys, get your act together!!I used to recommend Tops to out of town guests, but not anymore.
